Mentorship Program
The AI4Space workshop will feature a dedicated mentorship program designed to connect early-career researchers, students, and practitioners with senior experts in the AI and space research community.
This program aims to foster meaningful connections and provide guidance on research directions, career development, and navigating the unique challenges of applying AI to space missions.
Program Objectives
- Research Guidance: One-on-one discussions on project ideas, technical challenges, and research methodology
- Career Development: Insights on academic and industry career paths in AI for space
- Networking: Building lasting connections with leaders in the field
- Collaboration Opportunities: Exploring potential research collaborations and project partnerships
Mentorship sessions will take place during coffee breaks and lunch periods, providing an informal yet structured environment for engaging conversations.
Call for Mentors: We actively invite senior researchers in the space-AI community to volunteer as mentors. If you're interested in contributing to the next generation of researchers, please contact the organizing team.
